Hoover Vacuum Cleaner Attachments

Hoover Vacuum Cleaner Attachments are Like the Rest.

Kind of good and kind of bad, the list of provided vacuum cleaner attachments or accessories seems to be about the same no matter what vac product you get.

I've never quite understood the whole attachments thing with vacuum cleaners. I'm not talking just the Hoovers but all vacuum cleaners. They seem to come with a wide variety of accessories that for many people, we just don't use.

Take for instance that ever popular accessory, the round brush. What the heck is that thing used for? OK, I know it's for dusting things like lamp shades, but how many people actually do that sort of thing anyway?

There's this HUGE market owned by Johnson and Johnson that sell furniture polish, cleaners and other household cleaning soaps and liquids. Heck there's even pop up type dusting rags that are one use and throw away. So ok, we have the round brush accessory, but I've never seen anyone actually use it on a regular basis.

Next up on the hit parade of attachment tools is the pointy thingie. This tube with a point on the end is great for cleaning out the little crevices and small areas. I especially like it to clean our furnace vents.

Another of the accessories that come with almost every vacuum cleaner including the Hoover is the small brush. This is about 3-5 inch long accessory that fits on the hose and is used for upholstery cleaning.

This is one I really see people using and is everywhere. From the local car care place to vacuum out your auto to individual homes, this is one tool that's actually useful and usable.

The final piece of this accessory puzzle is the wand extensions. In many upright vacuum, especially on the newer cyclonic or bagless variety, the wand or extension parts are actually built into the vacuum cleaner itself.

Many now have a detachable handle that doubles as a wand. With an extendable and flexible hose, this is another accessory that holds a lot of promise to become one of the most popular attachments provided with any new vacuum cleaner.

Keep you vacuum cleaner in top form by replacing the hoover vacuum cleaner bag with genuine parts recommended by the manufacturer
